Sixty Watt Bayonets have been causing a stir on both sides of the Atlantic in recent times, but Rising Sun Arts Centre in Reading is the lucky venue of their album release party
Club Velocity, sponsored by The White House Studio present the Sixty Watt Bayonets' Pounding Hearts, Fighting Words release party on Saturday 18 July
The female fronted local punks have, for the last year, been causing quite a stir on the local music scene and beyond and are championed by KROQ radio in LA and Larry Little (once manager of The Killers). Their debut album is released on 13 July on Broken Tail records and the worldwide download release is out August 10th on Velocity Recordings.
Support comes from Heartwear Process side-project Full Force Gales, punk hype machines The Shitty Limits and the debut Reading show from Oxford's Secret Rivals
