Introducing Gin and Tronik
Saturday 23 August 2008 will see the debut of a brand new electro music night in Reading that is set to excite and question the norm.
The line up includes up and coming bands and established DJs. There will be a 50/50 split of bands and DJs but 100% electro!
Promoter Joseph Corrosive!, a member of Seeds of Doubt says, "The night is all about harnessing the power of the local scene and breaking down the barriers between live bands and dance music. We've been going out getting as much input from local artists as possible, and we've found a huge variety of electro music which is very exciting."
The night which will be running from 8.00pm until 3.00am is set to be a non-stop floor filler. A CD featuring tracks from the bands and DJs will be available on the night.
The Acts
Mat Carter has regularly played at Fabric and Reading's hugely successful Checkpoint Charlie for a number of years, and promises to play a storming headline set. www.myspace.com/matcarter
