Sandhurst Arts Festival
Sandhurst Town Council in association with South Hill Park Arts Centre, Bracknell present the Sandhurst Arts Festival on Saturday 5 and Sunday 6 July 2008.
Sandhurst Memorial Park is the setting for two days of spectacular sights and sounds and it's all free!
One of the highlights of the festival will be Cándido Fabré on the evening of Saturday 5 July. Now running his own 11-strong band, Cándido has brought together some of the very tightest Cuban charanga musicians. Enjoy the rhythm plus a free dance one hour workshop at 7.00pm for everyone who wants to try their hand at Salsa! Cándido's live performance will follow at 8.00 - 10.30pm.
Three Other Tenors from the Welsh National Opera headline on the Sunday. See the South Hill Park flyer for more information.
A free bus service supplied by Courtney's will run direct from South Hill Park to Sandhurst Memorial Park at the following times: 6.00 and 7.00pm. A bus back to South Hill Park will run at 10.15, 10.45 and 11.15pm. Simply collect a ticket from the South Hill Park box office and clearly state which times you want to use the bus.
All events are free and take place at Sandhurst Memorial Park, Yorktown Road, Sandhurst, Berkshire, GU47 9BJ.
